  1. In the true tradition of alt.sources (where patches all but preceed the
  2. original posts), this is an update for DeskLib release 2.00 ;-)
  3.  
  4. 1 I have discovered one stupid bug and also some missing stuff that isn't
  5.   too important but should be there. These affect the files '!DeskLib.h.Menu'
  6.   and '!DeskLib.h.Time'. The replacement versions of these header files can
  7.   be found in the 'h' directory.
  8.   [The files have been moved to the main DeskLib distribution -- HENSA]

  10. 2 I have just been experimenting with stripping all comments from the
  11.   headers, and from this have produced !DeskLibSm, the stripped/small version
  12.   of !DeskLib.

  14.   !DeskLibSm takes about 120kB less disc space than !DeskLib
  15.   It also typically speeds up compilation of DeskLib-using applications by 10%
  16.  
  17.   To save posting redundant data, the !DeskLibSm included here is not quite
  18.   complete. If you wish to use it in place of !DeskLib, then you should copy
  19.   the Library files from !DeskLib.o into !DeskLibSm.o
  20.  
  21.   Please note that if !DeskLib is seen/booted before !DeskLibSm, then 
  22.   linking with C:o.DeskLib will fetch the library from !DeskLib. So after
  23.   installing !DeskLibSm instead of !DeskLib, it is suggested you reset your
  24.   machine before trying to compile with DeskLib again.
